I’ve been on medication since 2000 when I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure – later, we added more pills when I added hashimotos to my list of ailments and most recently, HRT keeps me a sane woman since I’ve hit menopause.
Still, despite all my years of popping pills to stay alive and slathering on creams to keep me hormonally stable, I forget to take my medicine constantly. I’ve tried the whole, medicine box (I threw it in my drawer) phone reminder (I snooze it) – all the tips I could find but I live diligently in my planner so I’m hopeful that tracking them there will help.
I’ve been rather disappointed in the lack of medication tracker printable planner stickers out there – most importantly in the FREE medication stickers. So I created my own and then, made sure that it was okay to share them here with you.
I take my medication twice a day but you may only have to think of it once, so I added the option for a once-daily medication tracker printable planner stickers sheet too.
If you like them, I hope you’ll pin the pin so that others can find them and that you’ll take a look at the healthy planner printable that’s been quite popular – you may find it useful too.
And don’t forget to join the new Planner Secret Swaps and Round Robins group that’s forming now.
